Thanks for the translation! Though it did not work this time either. I've first inserted the MS-DOS 6.2 disk, ejected it, then inserted the A disk, and it seemed to install fine, but the game still asks for the A disk on next boot... I'm guessing I need to boot from the boot disk every time I want to play the game... sheesh.
Anyway, if you would be so kind, could you translate the 2nd option in this menu?

EDIT2: Yeah, as I said earlier, if I leave a boot disk in the first drive, and leave the HDD in, boot and then eject the disk to replace it with Disk A, and then dir to the Air Management folder on the HDD and start the game, it works. It's kind of cumbersome, especially since it was supposed to work without needing off the disks... At least it doesn't need to load anything the disk, so going through the menus and areas on the globe is quite fast.
