Found a Japanese page that could potentially contain many missing roms for X1, PC-8801, and PC-6001/mkII/6601. Has it already been checked? Link is here: http://****/

Nice; but do they need to be contacted by email to get dubious download links?, mmmmm...., it smells fishy...

It does seem risky, I've contacted the owner asking for game lists. Haven't gotten a response, but it hasn't been long at all, I'll give it a few days.

Bundling free emulators in a commercial package is a big no-no. I doubt he got the green light from those developers.

And for all we know, he could very well be reselling ROM collections acquired from sites like Tokugawa. That reminds me of Tobias and his PC Engine bootlegs.

it said:このサービスは日本人専用です (This service is only for Japanese). but it is also illegal in japan i think. lots of old games were dumped but just few were shared. you can ask the dumpers to share their rom images to you but i don't think you can get pleased reply. maybe japanese dumpers want to avoid some trouble (like copyright) or for superiority complex (you know, i have something you don't). for us the only way to archive more roms is to buy and dump them.
