I finally obtained Dragon Half for the FM-TOWNS:

Code:
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=YZN2XNOS

The problem is that it requires a system disk (FD image file) and it does not accept anything I make. 1.2 MB, 640 kb, MS-DOS formatted, nothing. It just freezes after I select the menu options that require the system disk. Only the music player doesn't require this disk.

Anyways, it seems this is a remake of the PC-98 game which I hated so much. However, the music is a hell of a lot better in this one and I recently replayed the PC-98 game, figured out the card attack system, and realized it wasn't that bad. This FM-TOWNS game might actually be better than the PCE-CD board game RPG.

Also, does anyone know where that list of almost all of the PC-98 games is hosted? I know I saw it mentioned in a post here somewhere but I think that post got lost in the great forum trim.

Can't see the problem.
You create the save disk with the 4th option in the start menu.
No special format is required.

Ah, I was just being too impatient. It took awhile to make that save file. I assumed it merely froze.

False alarm on the music quality. The only thing changed from the PC-98 version is added voices during battle. I'll try and repackage this download to include the save file over the weekend.

Edit: Re-packaged.

hey mil, your link above also include the floppy, all you need to do is let the dragon half game run and then you mount the 1.2mb floppy, then you start a new game and you can save.

well not sure if I can share warez but here is a video I capture from dragon half fm town game above with snagit.
