Hi everyone,

I'm trying to assemble a list of PC-8801 games with remarkable graphics (specifically in 640x200 and 8 or more colours).

What titles would you suggest? I'll add them to my base. Screenshots are welcome!

    o Dinosaur
    o Eiyū Densetsu 2
    o Jesus
    o Jesus 2
    o Misty Blue
    o Psy-O-Blade
    o Snatcher

Snatcher should be V2 and not V1

The colour scheme of Snatcher is typical of V1 in my opinion. I don't think it uses more than the eight primary RGB colours.

Well in fact, Jesus 1, 2, psy o blade and snatcher all use the V2 mode. It simply because they didn't benefit of the entire hardware like Misty Blue.
By example, if i try to play snatcher on my pc88 on V1 mode, it does not work as it still use some of the colors available in the 512 colors palette.

Thanks for the heads-up, that's interesting.

So it looks like the video mode doesn't match the actual use of colours. I'll remove that info as it's not really pertinent.

It's hard to find amazing graphics games on the pc-8801. I think Dinosaur is pretty decent so here a screenshot of it.

Another one i love also is Eiyuu densetsu II, a late release in the life of the pc-8801
