I have been using M88, a PC88 emulator. Only 1 problem, some games runs too fast on it.
What should I do?

go into the options menu, what's the cpu speed set to? if a game is running too fast then it's probably set to 8mhz when it needs to be 4mhz.

It's in 4 MHz. Hmm.... strange case. In 4 MHz, but runs too fast...

humm. well, pacman looks like it's a pretty early game ('83?) so my other guess would be changing it from V2 mode to V1H, or maybe even V1S.

though most of the time, stuff that wants to be run in V1 will just straight-up not boot when the thing is in V2 mode. worth a shot though, and hell if i know what to do next if that doesn't work.

Most early programs, did not give instructions on how much cpu power to use.
Later programmers, realized their programs was going to be in a multitasking
enviorment, or saw the outcome, the moment they ran on faster proccessors.
The same outcome if you ran a Win3.1 program, meant for a 10mhz machine,
in a Win95 enviorment, and was using a 2ghz. The same result when you run
a DOS program in a Ghz enviorment over a 500mhz enviorment.

The M88 emulator probably does not have the instructions, to set
CPU speed, or something like that. Is meant for a slower machine??, or
the operating system is incorrect.
