I'm quite ignorant on Zain Soft's history, where they closing down when they published DIOS CD, or something like that?

The company was all over the place. Although the pc88 and pc98 releases of Dios were solid from a technical quality standpoint, the x68000 and MSX ports that followed in February of 1990 were atrocious. The MSX version is pretty much unplayable due to the ultra slow speed (has to be seen to be believed), and the x68000 version is one of the most buggy and ridiculous games on the system. The company haphazardly pumping out quick and cheap ports like this obviously showed how poorly managed the company was, and gave a terrible impression to people who bought the awful ports. The ports don't even have the correct screenshots on the back of the box, which is retarded considering the x68000 and MSX versions have totally redrawn graphics.

Around this time Zain were also planning a pc engine version of Dios, but it was shortly scrapped and instead became the elusive PC88MC CD version of the game released around april/may of 1990.

After this Zain made the bizzare decision to focus completely on x68000 development, and at the end of 1990 released their last 2 games exclusive to the system, Valusa no Fukushu and Reinforcer.
