I don't know if people here already know about this, but here it is:

The main difference between this and the other ones like sharedb and hashdb is that it builds its database by dynamically searching the network and doesn't rely on submitted hashes, so it shows most (if not all) of the files currently available on it. The ファイル名 field is meant for searching by filename. Bear in mind that it takes some time for it to perform a search.
