I literally don't know where to start. But this is tangentially related to the PC-98 so....
I just remembered a random Youtube video. That is a playthrough of the Japanese GBA game. Yet the one recording the footage has a setup that (seems) to OCR the Japanese text in the emulator, put it in a translation software, and put a simple box with the English translation, overwriting the original text.
Does anyone have the idea on how to do that? That seems to be really helpful as I really wanted to play Japan only games and (of course) all of them are Japanese only.
