_ThEcRoW, I was going to put together some links and a full tutorial for you, but I'm a bit short on time and thought a half-assed answer would be better than making you wait.
Sorry. :[

AGTH and ITH extract the text from a game while playing to copy to clipboard, and if you have an electronic dictionary open, you get a crude, engrishy translation.
For more thorough instructions, try googling
"site:hongfire.com AGTH"
and
"site:hongfire.com ITH"
ITH is technically superior and works with more modern games, but AGTH works with a few things that it doesn't (Like Anex).

Also, you'll want to look into ATLAS dictionary (can also be found on Hongfire), which allows you to use multiple dictionaries simultaneously, which is a must considering things often get lost in translation. For example, while playing one game, only one of three active dictionaries correctly translated the word "shelf", otherwise I'd have had no clue there was a movable shelf in the room.

Also also, you'll need D3Dwindower for games like Ryuuki Denshou that only play in fullscreen (kinda pointless to have a dictionary open if you can't see it).

I just realized why I was having such a crummy week--karma compensation for this!

Thank you so much Delish! This is fantastic; I've actually been checking the availability for this on several sites a couple times a week.
If you have a paypal and want some reimbursement, let me know. I can't offer much, but I'll gladly repay your generosity.

Now if you'll all excuse me, I'm going to break out in a dance routine to celebrate!!!

I'm sorry for this late replay.

Honestly I don't have Ryuuki Denshou 3.
I just have the trial version of this game.

When I read the Japanese computer magazine 'Comptique January 2000,I found it by chance.
So I post it at least on this forum.

*stops dancing*
That was mean. :P
I thought it was rather small for a pre-install, and assumed it must have just been a lazy sequel.
Oh well, back to checking availability regularly. It's good to have a taste at least; thanks for sharing.

al32gabby, where did you get those pictures? If you have the games or know somebody who does, I will pay for the complete third game, material copy or ripped iso.

Okay, I have a pretty big favor to ask here:

A copy's finally become available, but after making an Amazon.jp account, it tells me the seller doesn't ship internationally.
If somebody in Japan is willing to grab this while it's up, I will reimburse you for the digital copy (burnt upload).

http://www.amazon.co.jp/gp/offer-listin ... ition=used

Edit 3: Shit. Okay, never mind. Now that I'm not half asleep and 3/4 inebriated I realize how shitty my math is; I was thinking that translated to roughly $45 not $450. That IS about what I'd expect it to go for, and more than I can currently afford. So. Dammit. Just ignore me. I'll be sulking in the corner angrily.

Okay, another copy of the third game has just popped up, much cheaper than the last at only 2,200 yen. (~$22 USD)

http://www.suruga-ya.jp/database/145003297001.html

Despite being on suruga-ya's main site, it is not available through their Rakuten proxy. So once again, if anybody in Japan, or anybody who knows anybody in Japan, or anybody who has a reliable shipping proxy can snatch this extremely rare game, I will reimburse you through paypal for the upload. (and if you don't want it, you can resell it at a MUCH higher price--the one on Amazon sold for the equivalent of $450 USD in less than a day)

Finally got it.

Ryuuki Denshou III
http://www.mediafire.com/download/gao15 ... RAGOON3.7z

I got an install error on Win7 that was fixed with XP compatibility mode.

This is by far the rarest game I've ever sought, and it wasn't cheap, so I encourage any rare game enthusiasts to copy the fuck out of this and propogate it across the interwebs for posterity.

My pleasure.
I found it on Amazon.jp marketplace, and shipped with Tenso.

Sorry to resurrect this, but I'm only seeing it now, and I just want to thank Xalphenos and Ikuragami for their uploads, so thanks!
