Thats what I would have thought, but when I tried it on for the auction my girlfriend disagreed.

So, it's official? I've seen this before but I thought it was fan-made. So that means "Now is time to the 68000 heart on fire" is an offical slogan? I thought Treasure made that up when they put it on Alien Soldier's title screen. Were they quoting this jacket, or have you seen it anywhere else?

Well, I made the assumption that it was official - I've seen pics of the jacket elsewhere so assumed there are more than one. Also if it is fan made they are very good, perfectly stitched and there is quilting over the areas where there is stitching.

No idea whether Treasure borrowed or created that line then.

For the record I think I saw this jacket in a japanese magazine, I'm pretty convinced it's genuine.

I'm almost certain a Policenauts one was made too ...

Any chance you could post a hi-res image of the fron of the jacket? I'm doing an X68000 article would like to feature it.

But I'd taken some pictures anyway, with a few showing better detail of the embroidery. I got my girlfriend to model for a few, just to make the breast pocket design more clear obviously haha. Every single wall and door in our house is white though so the sleeves didn't come up well for the majority of those.

Funnily enough, I had Daft Punk's 'Homework' playing at the time!

If I were your girlfriend, I wouldn't let you get out like this.
