Hello, i noticed while playing the mazinger z game for the FM-77 that if you press esc in the middle of the action sometimes the machine exits from the game abruptly spewing out piece of basic code. Is it a way to see all the basic code from a game in the emulator? And if there is a way, how to edit it and to save it in the tape image?
I'd like to translate the Mazinger Z game. :)

I doubt there is a tool which lets you inject files into a tape image.
You can extract files from T77 images with this tool but it will not give you ASCII versions of the code files.
But without a method for injection it's not much use in your case anyway.

But some program was saved in protected mode.

Not strictly on-topic, but.. could someone accurately translate this, please? It's the T77 format specification: http://retropc.net/ryu/xm7/t77form.html

EDIT: Because I really can't figure anything out with translation software.

There's the 16 bytes header and then.. *head explodes*
