This had a physical release:

And also type in listing in PC Magazine 1985/12:

I'd like to play either version.

Any help appreciated!

Thanks!

Was Bakudan Otoko on PC-60 the first version of Bomberman? I remember it was released on the Spectrum/MSX in 1983 under the name "Eric and the Floaters". The look was very different from the future Bomberman on FC/PCE.

we can consider it as the predecessor of NES Bomberman. Bakudan Otoko was released in 1983 for MSX, PC-8801, PC-6001,Sharp X1, Sharp MZ-700 and so on, NES Bomberman was released in 1985. then, a NES Bomberman-like version was ported to MSX in 1986, called Bomberman Special.

Did you find time to share Mr. Hanafuda?

Otherwise, there is a PC Magazine 1985/12 for sale right now, I could buy it myself.

Thanks!
