thanks in advance for any info/help

I am using this emulator for sharp x1 emulation.

And it seems like it MIGHT be able to recognize up to 4 drives as evidenced by this screen from within the emulator.

This would be very handy to me because I am working on a hyperspin module that would load up to 4 disks by manipulating the .ini file as such. (just an example . this games does not have 4 disks) But it does not seem to recognize drives 3 and 4 even though the image ABOVE implies they might exist??? Is there any way to FORCE it to recognize 4 drives?

thank you very much for your time

@kobushi

The SASI HDD support (Xmil106RS based on Xmil 0.26 T-Tune 1.43) is a mystery for me.

To format the SASI0_0.HDD is effectless or not really working but the hard disk image is still read-/writeable.

PS: Unfortunately, Ryu ignored me.

Do any of the sharp x1 emulators allow one to save "save states" files?
(Like the .XM6 file for the x68000 emulators)
thanks

Thanks again

One more question regarding using save state files (.xst) with .tap games. I am saving save state files for .tap games (especially ones where you have to load Hubasic ahead of time)...

Do you think that will work? I do not know how .tap files work with regards to the REW function etc. In particular, if one is using a save state file to load a .tap game..does it matter where the .tap file is in its REW status (i.e. beginning of tape, end of tape etc)??

does that make sense?>
i dont know how to ask in more technical terms

thanks for any info.....
