I don't know if this is the right forum for this, move it if it is.

Everyone here should know what DOS/V is, it's a Japanese version of DOS for regular x86 PCs.

I have several versions of DOS/V (which I can upload on request) and I know of others.

The first version of DOS/V was IBM DOS 4.00/V (but I have heard of earlier versions, but haven't been able to confirm them). Several patches were released on Japanese BBS' to improve and fix this version, which was generally buggy.

The next version of DOS/V, I think, was Compaq DOS 5.00/V, but I've only seen one reference to this version and I have no idea if it exists or not.

I know MS-DOS 5.0/V exists, and I have it, in both 1.44MB and 1.2MB floppy images.
I also have IBM DOS 5.0/V and IBM DOS 5.02/V in 1.44 MB images - from here on, every version of IBM PC-DOS would exist as DOS/V, P-DOS/V (Simplified Chinese), T-DOS/V (Traditional Chinese) and K-DOS/V (Korean), some versions of which I have (I forget exactly which).

The last version of MS-DOS/V was MS-DOS 6.2/V, this can be found all over the internet, and obviously I have it.

Yes, and I'm looking for DOS 4.0/V, PC-DOS 6.1/V and PC-DOS 6.3/V. And Compaq DOS 5.0/V if that really exists.

I have just uploaded a few versions of DOS/V:

IBM DOS 5.00/V: http://www.mediafire.com/?s1xlyxbdnexz2x0
MS-DOS 5.0/V (1.2MB/5.25"): http://www.mediafire.com/?oha6vz0qt8h3atn
MS-DOS 5.0/V (1.44MB/3.5"): http://www.mediafire.com/?2yo9uydv1hn20a4

Anna_Wu, it'd be awesome if you could upload the Windows 3.1 L11 CD image and MESS chd, I've been looking for this for some time..

In my hearing, the DOS/V was start from the Japanese version of IBM PS/2 workstation(PS/55).It is parelled by MSDOS 4.0.I have only the experiences to use MS-DOS 6/J + MSWindows 3.1.One thing was impressive that the Windows 3.1 Japanese version can only be installed upon a DOS/V, and must been installed in the Japanese mode.
