Thanks al32gabby, I didn't know about this :)

It's always nice to see a new emulator, but V98 doesn't offer anything new. I was hoping for V30 emulation :(

Last year, people on 2ch found out that NEC's BIOS roms were built into the emulator and screamed copyright infringement, especially because he was trying to sell it. I'm not surprised he made it freeware (the BIOS roms have been taken out, too).
