Holy rabbit! Yuki-san is still active?!

Thank you Delikea for the link. I need to try this new version! T98-Next and T98-VMM have been crashing a lot lately on my XP system, not sure why. Maybe because they don't like multithreading? I have a Core 2 Duo.

According to the 2ch thread YUKI-san has some free time till June and has decided to play around with the T-98 Next code a bit.
His main focus currently lies on Vista/Win7 compatibility and making the emulator lighter (the old 100% CPU usage problem).

Latest news are discussed here.

Copy that. And not only the graphics - this version is awfully slow. Also keys are responding properly only when they want to, so the game plays itself by randomly moving the ship & shooting.
I think I'll stick to the previous version a little longer. :)

I haven't tried many games, mostly adventures. But for me it's definitely faster than Next 2002. And I mean faster.

Yu-no works perfectly, I noticed no garbled graphics, and the speed is amazing. I used to set the emu at 32 MHz to get the proper speed and tempo of the game (you can check the intro, great benchmark for your PC-98 emulators). Now 8 MHz is almost a bit too fast in places! The cursor is smooth, everything's a breeze.

The only thing I don't like so far with Next 2010 is the "new" GDC module. I say "new" because it's actually from July 2002. It's lacking in options, the auto-frameskip and the native 640x480 monitor support have been dropped. Now when you want to display the emu in fullscreen, it uses your desktop resolution and applies a mediocre software scaling (à la Win68k). It's a fullscreen window mode of sort.

I replaced it with the module from Next 2002 (which is dated January) and it works perfectly again on my CRT.

I can't find any documentation anywhere that explains it, how do I go fullscreen with this emulator?

Edit: NM, F12 then F10. Damn is it slow like hell though. New question now, how do you take screenshots? Why is there no documentation for all of this, only the FAQ on the site covers a couple basic things :/
