It appears that I can't download anything from that Chinese site peter_j posted, clicking on the download that doesn't require that "Thunder" app opens a 404 page.

Edit: It seems to be only on certain files, either the hosting for those is dead or something weird is going on

This collection is called "PC9801_GAMEZ." Based on the minimal readme included (dated 1999), the set is a group of PC98 HDD installs. It originated from 3 FCD images discovered on Share.
