Here you go this is the cd version of Yu-no , I couldn't get it to boot with Anex86 after converting the disks to Anex86 format so maybe someone here can figure that one out (maybe needs to have windows installed to work?)

Have fun.

1.You need a HDI(with CDROM support) which can be booted and used from emulator.
2.the emulator must support cdrom too.
3.Use Daemon to mount "Yuno.cue",configure emulator's CD drive to the Drive(where you mount Yuno) in Windows
ImageImage
4.Start Anex86,and change directory to CDrom
(Path could be different from the real one in Windows,it depends on your setting in autoexec.bat, such as Q:\)
5.type "install" & enter,then a install Guide will appear.
Yuno SP disk is for install Yuno SP. (can't be booted with CDrom support)

Since it's difficult now to make a bootable HDI with CDrom support for both PC98 system and PC98 emulator.
Here is the HDI http://www.badongo.com/file/7213862
It can also be used on both anex86, T98-NEXT.

well the company of this game is elf, well we need to do a history thread about elf.

well I choose anex86 to run this game since you could hook it with agth but too bad the translator are not accurate but hope in the future the translators will do a proper job.

here is a snaphot of me running yuno on anex and also hooking it, copy the texts to a translation app.

Not quite. Everyone knows Yu-no is a C'sware game disguised as an Elf game.

@emukim - thanks for the the HDi w/ CD-ROM support. I definitely need this!

Is it possible to install and run PC-98 Windows95 on this? Just out of curiosity.

Really? This would explain the Umemoto music, but then again he could be subcontracted for the game...

it would be better using FDI (let HDI empty) to install windows
copy files(inside the HDI) into FDI.
^^^^^^ in order
I have installed windows before, but i can't sure that is it possible now.
(emulator version is different.)

Don't forget that the game designer of Yu-no is Hiroyuki Kanno, the guy behind Desire, Eve, Xenon... ;)

I thougt it is elf's since they prologue for their other game called doukyusei AKA nanpa AKA classmate that I have posted on this forum and I am trying to find someone nice enough to buy and share the pc remake version of nanpa.

I downloaded a CD image of Windows95 for PC-9800, but it did not include a FDI. Can I make the FDI using the CD? I want to see if I can get this to work on either Anex86 or T98-Next.

well you put the floppy with dos6.22.fdi for pc98 and use sys a: b:
it will copy all the files needed to make your pc bootable but you need to copy all the sys files, autoexec.bat. then you remove your dos6.2 disc and put it into anex fdd0 slot and you need to restart anex and press start.

if it boot and the cd is assign to Q:
why q: I do not know maybe emukim love Q for a drive letter.

make sure hdd->fdd is selected which make the hdi boot first and it will change the hdi to a: and fdd to b:
you mount the hdi that emukim posted, and choose a dos6.22 fdi that cannot boot cd and when you reach the command prompt, type sys a: to b:

keep in mind some games may need more space to install it.
