'nother request (sorry). *hungry baby bird noises*

I just decided to see if AGTH works with Legend of Heroes II. . . and found that emulators don't work with Legend of Heroes II.
Anybody perchance have a copy that functions (preferably on Anex)?
Again, found one on
http://emumax.uuu9.com/download/2006/200610/16560.shtml
and again, can't register.

EDIT: okay, I'd forgotten the first two Eiyuu Densetsu's started with "Dragon Slayer"; found two copies in Pete's packs, which work in Neko, but only load the menu in Anex (and then freeze when selecting start).
Any ideas? (I'd still like to try the emumax one, as it claims to work in Anex, but any advice for tinkering is welcome)

I remember it could not download NEC PC98 games from sogame8.com (One year I think).

So emu999.net is other alternative that requires no registration. But the catalog is limited and the search system is bad.

Excellent.
emu999.net not only had a copy of Eiyuu Densetsu II that works in Anex (and with AGTH), but it's an hdi.
Thanks Taguma.

Dragon Slayer: Eiyuu Densetsu II (Legend of Heroes II)
hdi format, and seems to be the only copy that works in Anex86

Credit goes to Taguma for pointing me where to find it.

Real class.

If you bothered reading, I actually fulfilled some of those a few pages back: here

I'm generally fine with requests but all you've been doing is giving us your shopping list -- and clearly ignoring my posts with the uploads, as well as Ikuragami's post about the lodepacks. Not to mention acting like an ass with that emoticon.

Maybe someone else can help you out.

I didn't get the context of the eye roll until I realized it's a repeat--and filled--request. It does seem a bit rude, but I have no right to judge, considering I'm probably the worst one here when it comes to

Image
(being new to Jap-retro-PCs, I feel like an infant always crying for the breast. . .literally, given the context of PC98 games  )

But really, Mach, the folks here are really good with helping people out, and there isn't a rep system or anything, like on most sharing sites, so you know they're doing it sheerly out of generosity/supra-human awesomeness.
ie. If they can help you, they will, and if they don't, then probably nobody can; so be grateful for whatever you can get.

Now to repeat my earlier response to your requests:
Quote:
and Machapai, most of your requests can be found in the peter_j's lodepacks here:

:P

Honestly, my first recommendation to any fellow PC98 newbie is to go through the upload threads and archive ANYTHING still active, particularly those lodepacks. When you consider the rarity and transience of the physical media, it's really amazing that these archives exist at all, and we really owe it as much to history as to ourselves to keep them alive.

No, no, no, it ain't me babe
It ain't me machapai's lookin' for, babe

Regarding the lodepacks, please be aware that I have not renewed my rapidshare account, so, as far as I can make out, those files will remain only while being regularly downloaded. If they are still there, get them while you can. My PC-88 ones too.

This pack contains every (or almost every) System Soft game for PC98. As far as I remember some games require installation. Might be useful, I guess.

While doing some Takeru homework I came across these 3 pc98 releases, they seem to be STG's!
So heres a few Takeru requests. To my knowledge these are all undumped. You dont know until you try though.

If anyone can help out in anyway it would be greatly appreciated.
Even just finding an author.
Thank you all!
