So I got my PC-9821Ce delivered from Japan and unfortunately it suffered some pretty serious damage to the chassis. Most things seems to be working but one of the two floppy drives is dead. A capacitor detached from a board that is incredibly hard to access.

I may try to repair it, but if anyone has an extra drive that they would be willing to part with, I'd be interesting in buying it. Also open to any suggestions.

You can easily adapt another 3-mode FDD or use an HxC SD floppy emulator, refer to this post on how to built an adapter:
