I'm going to see if there are more games on EGG that I can buy and get the manuals for.

The EGG download client stopped working for some reason, so I could not proceed with buying more games... I'll try again later.

Here are the manuals I already had.

It says here that there's a better manual scan for Rusty, at retro-type.com, but I don't see it on the page given. Does anyone have the scan?

I haven't gotten around to ripping any of the coverdiscs, but these are the issues of Login I promised to scan a million years ago. All mostly from the Windows 95 era. A couple of the discs were broken too so I'll have to repurchase those issues.

I didn't scan these myself... I used 1dollarscan.com. The staff there is Japanese, also.

Also one issue of Comptiq. Why that specific issue? The CD that comes with it contains the only remaining traces of a cancelled Imagineer game called Gordian Knot. According to rumors, the director of the game (from Kyushu) stole all the money meant for production and disappeared.

And also I think one of these Login issues features an interview with the guy behind Zeddas: Horror Tour 2. You know since the game is so popular and all.

Priceless (so to speak)! I've heard a couple rumours like this one about French studios and game magazines, back in the '80s.

Wow those are nice quality. I have a ton of video game magazines I want to scan in at some point but i need a better scanner and time so this looks like a nice alternative to just mail them to someone and pay a few bucks. If you don't mind my asking how much did it cost per issue to scan?

Magazines cost 2 dollars. It came out as 50 sets, so $100. Also they cut up the magazines to scan them, you won't get them back.

... So your magazine copies paid the ultimate price in order to end up on the hard drives of your Internet friends.

Thank you. I will enjoy reading these. If I come across anything interesting, you guys will hear about it.

EDIT: These guys must have put a ton of work into producing their CDs! CD Login would have been a dream come true back in the day.
