I´m looking for 2D floppy based PC-9801 software.

Basically anything (except Thunder Force.d88 - 351.024 bytes) that is in .d88/.fdi format (bootable prefered) with a size about 320 kb.

EDIT: All of the 2D images I had lying around (excepting the BASIC disks) were Starcraft hybrid PC-88/PC-98 text adventures, originally uploaded and "2HD-enhanced" by Ashura. Here's the original post.

2D BASIC disks
Adventureland *
Cranston Manor *
Kabul Spy *
Mission Asteroid *
Pirate Adventure *
Sherwood Forest *
The Blade of Blackpoole (ブラックプールの剣) *
The Dark Crystal *
The Quest
Time Zone
Transylvania *
Ulysses *
Voodoo Castle *
Wizard and the Princess *

* 2HD conversion present inside the archive, along with the original 2D dump.

Very useful to analyze the tracks, thanks wushu/Ashura.
I think, none Basic (hybrid) stuff in 2D is very rare.

Is the Sharp X1 stuff on .2D not the same format?

There's very little 2D soft for PC-98 because even early models have a 5" 2DD or 2HD drive (excepting orig. PC9801 and PC-9801E), while you can use 2D PC-88 drives with PC-9801/E/F/M choosing 2D didn't make much sense for PC-98 soft, making it a "perfect" target for maximum compatibility across PC-88 models and the back-then new PC-98. This implies the lack of a boot sector, because of the hybridness (is that a word?)
