I have a little problem with HedgehoG (ヘッジホッグ). As you can see, the screens aren't providing much information about the actual gameplay and I couldn't find any others on the net, so I wanted to check it myself - maybe I can play it even with my null japanese laguage knowledge. Installation process went smooth, the problems started while trying to run it. Seems like it wants "Disk A" in any drive.

The question is what "Disk A" means? First floppy contains only installer, archive for it to unpack and readme file. Anyway, I press a key and it seems to start, but then it wants me to remove "Disk A"...

...and gets back to DOS prompt.

I've tried everything I could think of. Maybe this is some nasty copy protection? I'll welcome any kind od help.

I found a HDI image, I hope it helps.

It did, thank you Ben! It's working, so I was able to confirm that I can't play it - too much japanese. :( But at least I can check what's wrong with my install and learn something from it.
Edit: That's strange: the directory and file structures are identical in both files, yours and mine. This way I won't be able to find out why my install wasn't working... :(

It might have been hacked to work, unfortunately I don't recall where I got it.

I also think this was the copy protection alive and kicking in my version. Don't bother trying to remember where did you get it, it's not important. Thanks once again for your help - I'm at letter K in Tokugawa database and thanks to you the number of games which I wanted to check and couldn't run dropped down to zero once again. I had one hell of experience trying to install Blandia (it took me three hours straight to finally understand what's wrong with it), but that's another story...
